Signet ESD Machine

Used in combination with a computer system running accounting software to print documents such as invoices and other business records.Signet Electronic Signature Machine (ESD)  is equipped with a fiscal memory. Every financial document must include an electronic signature at the end to be legitimate.

Every financial document, together with its electronic signature granted by the Signet ESD, is stored as an electronic copy in computer files. Companies do not need to keep paper copies of their financial documents since the tax authorities’ Electronic Signature Device can confirm the validity of the computer file beyond a reasonable doubt. Similar to retail ETRs, Signet ESD Machine has a unique serial number that is issued to the company which purchases it.
